Hungry Lucy - CEA winners!
Last night (Nov. 21, 2005) Hungry Lucy won the Cincinnati Entertainment Award in the Electronic/Experimental category. What a very cool event this was and a total reaffirmation of the strong musical community Cincinnati has. After the initial shock wore off we had a blast.

Congratulations, I sampled all of the other groups who were in competition with you and you were the best, in fact it wasn’t even a contest as far as I am concerned. This is definitely a case where the best group took first place.
Christa you have a beautiful voice and a penchant for very intriguing lyrics and War-n your musical talents are extraordinary. I‘ve purchased all three of your currently available CD’s am avidly awaiting the release of a new CD from you.
