Fountain Square … nearly time

It’s a few hours away from our gig on Fountain Square. It looks like the weather will cooperate as well. We have a nice, compact and diverse set ready and are both looking forward to the performance. This is very new territory for us. For one thing, we’re playing outdoors in full (perhaps clouded) sunlight. More importantly, we’re getting a chance to show off our mad skills to a more mainstream audience than we’re used to.

For those outside the area, the newly renovated Fountain Square is (arguably) the heart of Cincinnati with plenty of foot traffic. We’re playing at 5:30pm so hopefully we’ll get some folks just wandering through on their way home. I hope we’ll win over some new fans …. stay tuned for a post show analysis.

hey, you two … i really wanted to come up for this show, but i’m moving tomorrow and i’m overwhelmingly behind in packing and cleaning. i wish i hadn’t procrastinated so much this month …

but i hope you have a great performance. and that i do get to see you play outdoors sometime.

    hope all else is well.

    cheers.

    Hiya Damon :)

we missed you at the show, but completely understand you not being there. hope your move goes/went well. the show was fun, and pretty well attended, but i still enjoy the inside shows a little better. it was very weird to play in full sunilght!

talk to you soon and good luck in your new place.

    take care,

    cb

was nice to finally see you play live… i enjoyed it immensely. like i told war-n i enjoyed hearing your music live more so than on cd, not that i don’t enjoy your music on cd immensely. i felt ashamed i hadn’t seen you guys play live before… guess it took you playing 2 blocks away from work for me to show up. the jumbotron was just bonus with its $3 beep advertisements between sets.
