Yeah! Watching Christa cook is very cool! (Did that sound stalker-ish… hope not. It’s meant in the most harmless of ways… really!) Dinner looked quite tasty. I will have to try that dish.

I know what you mean about saying a word or a term too often in a sentence… bugs me when I do that… Listening to the podcast with my comment on it about you ‘being hard on yourself’ drove me NUTS!

Thanks for sharing some of your cooking, I too have to take of my ring when preparing some things such as falafel so my celtic style wedding band does not get all gunked up.
I wish my kitchen was bigger, I’d try more recipes that require a bigger work area to prepare them.
