War-N tells us all about the newest NIN release, “Ghosts“, and how it was released (under a Creative Commons license), and his thoughts on the music itself. CB fills us in on a lovely photographer Howard Schatz and his newest book, H20.The duo chat about a well done rehearsal (about bloody time) and have their confidence back to perform well at The Blacksun Festival. No sickness will keep CB from singing! Now the only problem is what to wear?!?

1st off I must stick to my Monday commute to work to listen to TWHL. I was getting too many strange looks tonight at Meijer due to me laughing up and down the isles!
I purchased the $5 Apple Lossless version of the new NIN album. The servers were not ready for the amount of downloads though. I had to wait until 2AM to get the download to work, albeit a very slow download. Overall a great album. Each track even has its own unique album art. And yes it is very Eno like. I do prefer the physical CD over downloads but the $10 Double CD (which won’t be released until April
is $16 with postage. 3X the cost. Who knows, I’ll probably end up getting the CD from Amazon or Best Buy if it’s $9.99. But I’m not dropping $75 on it!

We can’t wait for the Blacksun Festival!!! We will be vending at Mr Toad’s Place on Friday and Saturday, so we can watch you guys play!

OPM suggestion: I don’t know how I missed hearing about it until the release day last Tuesday but Bauhaus has a new studio album! Mine arrived today from Amazon so I have not had a chance to listen to it yet.

No kidding? I just thought they were touring again and that was the end of it. That certainly deserves a mention. Thanks, Bibo!!! I will mention them on the next ‘cast on Monday the 17th…delayed as we won’t get back until very late Sunday! Awesome!!
